Ian
and Antoinette would like to welcome you to the
Tartan Bar in Olvera. Olvera is one of the "Pueblos Blancos'
situated throughout the Andalucia region of Spain.
This
bar has recently opened under the close eye of the proprietors, Ian and Antoinette
Hallam. Ian and Antoinette ran the award winning Ardconnel Guest House in the
Highlands of Scotland.
Ian
spent 22 years making Malt Scotch Whisky before going into the tourism industry.
Antoinette worked as a chef in many different outlets. They moved to Olvera
in September 2003.
